SHARING A ROOM
Individuals can take advantage of double occupancy
rates by asking us to assign a roommate. Triple occupancy rooms
must be booked by parties of three.
WHAT TO BRING
Dress is casual. Seasonal outerwear, hiking boots
& walking shoes are recommended for outdoor activities.
Workout clothing, swimsuits and indoor-only sneakers are needed
for classes. Robes are provided.
SPA & SALON APPOINTMENTS
Appointments for Spa or Salon treatments may
be scheduled at the time of your reservation. Advance scheduling
of treatments is strongly advised, as availability is subject
to popular demand. Please refer to the schedule of services
when scheduling spa treatments to best accommodate your interests
& goals.
RESIDENTIAL GUEST GUIDELINES
Wellspring Wellness Center has a few rules that
will enhance the pleasure of your stay. We appreciate your cooperation
with the following:
Minimum guest age is 18. An adult must
accompany guests 17 and under.
NO pets allowed.
The Spa is free of nicotine, drugs and alcoholic beverages.
This rule is strictly enforced.
Radios are permitted only if used with headphones.
Cell phone use is restricted to guestrooms and outdoors.
RESERVATIONS & DEPOSIT
A two night minimum stay is required. In order
to confirm your choice of room, a deposit equal to one night's
stay per person is required.
CANCELLATIONS
Deposits are refundable up to 7 days prior to
arrival. For cancellations within 7 days, deposits will be held
on account up to one year. Notice of cancellation received after
2:00 pm on day of arrival forfeit the deposit.
SHORTENED / RESCHEDULED STAYS
48 hours notice is required to shorten a stay
and avoid penalty of one nights charge. Reservation dates
can be cancelled/changed only once without loss of deposit.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Check in is at 2:00 PM or later, with dinner served
as your first meal. Checkout is at noon. Lunch is included on
day of departure. Late checkouts are subject to a fee.
PAYMENTS
The balance of your spa package is due upon check
in. You may use cash, Traveler's Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover
or American Express. Personal checks are accepted with a credit
card and driver's license. Charges for additional salon and
spa treatments are payable upon check out.
